「Chat Rules」
✦ Keep in mind to always be respectful towards other viewers in chat. Any forms of of hate or discrimination to anyone is not permitted.
✦ Please stay on topic during the stream.
✦ Sharing personal information (doxing), trolling and spamming is not allowed. Please report, block and ignore.
✦ Talking about other unrelated streamers is not allowed unless Julia mentions them first.
✦ Please no spoilers/backseating unless Julia has stated it's okay.「Derivative Works Policy」
We consider derivative works to be creations born of fans’ ideas and creativity, based on content created by Julia's Lagoon. We will not exercise our rights in regards to works that we deem to be derivative works, as long as they comply with these overall guidelines.Please note that we may use any derivative works you create as stream thumbnails, on social media, etc. We do not consider the use of our content as is, or with modifications lacking creative input, to be classified as derivative works. Such use does not fall within the scope of these guidelines.Please comply with the following guidelines regarding derivative works:✦ Be mindful and refrain from creating derivative works that Julia may find unpleasant.
✦ Please limit your creation of derivative works to a fan or hobby level. Do not use our content for business purposes (including, but not limited to, cases where a business bears the production costs, etc., even if it is under the name of an individual), or for purposes that can be deemed as for-profit.
✦ Please comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the terms and rules of any relevant platforms.
✦ Refrain from creating content that is falsely represented as official, or can be misinterpreted or mistaken as official.
✦ Refrain from creating content that is contradictory to public order and morality, or exceeds what is socially acceptable.
✦ Refrain from creating content that includes matters pertaining to any particular ideology, belief, religion, or politics.
✦ Refrain from creating content that damages Julia's image.
✦ Refrain from creating content that damages a third party’s image, or violates their rights.
✦ This includes other content that Julia deems unsuitable.We do not relinquish our copyright or related rights through these overall guidelines. We maintain these rights. We make no guarantees in regards to the use of our content or related derivative works, including any actions that may violate a third party’s rights. We shall not be responsible if the use, performance, or submission of our content, or a related derivative work, results in a dispute with a third party.These overall guidelines are subject to change without notice. Please ensure that you follow the latest version of these guidelines at all times.

「Clipping Policy」
For clips making use of our content, please refer to both the clip guidelines and overall guidelines.✦ Please list the source’s title and a URL link to the original source stream or video (hereinafter to be referred to as “source”) at the start of the clip’s description.
✦ Please refrain from uploading clips before the source stream ends and the VOD is made public.
✦ Please understand that we may initiate takedown procedures regarding a clip based on its content, thumbnail, and/or other factors.
✦ Should the clip contain any third-party IPs, copyrights, or such, please ensure that you follow the rights holder’s guidelines and/or terms of use. Additionally, please understand that we will not respond to any individual queries regarding such guidelines and/or terms.
✦ The clip and overall guidelines do not apply to clips featuring paid content, i.e. members-only videos, Ko-fi supporter content, etc. We forbid the use of such content unless express permission is granted beforehand.
✦ We will not interfere with the use of partner programs or creator programs on video sharing sites such as YouTube, any advertising revenue earned thereof, or any other monetization schemes offered by such sites, provided that the aforementioned guidelines, said sharing sites’ terms of use, and all third-party guidelines are adhered to, and no IPs or copyrights are infringed upon.
✦ We forbid the registration of any created or submitted clips with Content ID, or any other automated identification system, as your own work.「Merch Policy」
In general, fan works, cosplay, and merchandise are permitted and appreciated! However, please refrain from using fan arts of other creators that are not of your own making, unless there was prior consent.If you are an individual and want to sell or monetize your fan works, please follow these guidelines:✦ Do not sell fan work using Julia's official model assets or logos.
✦ Refrain from creating merchandise that are similar to already existing official Julia's Lagoon merchandise.
✦ Make it clear your fan work is unofficial and not directly affiliated with Julia.
✦ Please sell your merchandise directly to consumers. Refrain from selling your merchandise via large companies such as Amazon or Redbubble.
✦ It is okay to sell fan merchandise for non-commercial purposes such as charity.
✦ This is not an exhaustive list and this policy may be subject to change at any time for any reason.If you do make fan work we would love to see it shared on Twitter or Julia's Official Discord!
